Pro Modes... and custom players

I have allways loved the ability to create players and teams i would make whole teams that where made up of my friends or people I know or from school (some people think its creepy some find it cool). I've went from maxed out giants to as accurate as possible and basing the players after what they most likely would play like and make people at diffrent skill levels and not maxing them out at all. Recently I made a whole organization of players a full NHL and AHL rosters in NHL 11, took me a load of time, but worth it. Also what I really want to discuss is how do you play your Pro mode. For me I usually make myself from NHL11 and put my friend who I play hockey with in the CHL too and i try to make my players accurate, but for Road to the Show and Superstar mode for Madden I will make my own guys usually or occasionly make but usually dont because i play neither sport (use to for baseball but thats another story of failure). But I just wanted your imput on how you use these tools.
